In 2005, I was 61 years old, without a job or pension and social security was still 5 years away. I needed steady monthly income! I had poured my heart, sweat and blood into the corporate world and refused to go back to climbing the 30 year corporate ladder. I didn't have time for that!

So I started investing in rental houses and it was the best decision I ever made. 10 years later I have 75 houses and 27 garages.
